Private Universe has delivered us a hassle free IP-telephony solution at the most competitive price on the market. The call quality and uptime have thus far been exceptional which is a vast improvement from our own internally hosted PBX. Additionally the support they offer for this is blindingly fast; they seem to implement change requests quicker than my IT team can request them.

We rely on telecommunications daily. PBX Blue has provided excellent service to us during the COVID 19 pandemic. With the installation of our office door phone, we have been able to accept deliveries remotely, this together with our CCTV system (also provided by PBX Blue) has provided greater office security. Our situation has changed over the past 10 years, we only had a single office in NSW so transferring calls around the office was a fairly simple task.

Nowadays, we also have offices in USA and the UK. Prior to our 3CX VOIP system being implemented, transferring an overseas call between this type of demographic was a myriad of remembering STD Country & International dialling codes compared to now simply selecting the recipient from the Soft Client Switchboard to patch it through!

Billing is managed monthly, with invoicing lay out in an itemised easy to read and understand format of associated charges.

Should we lose internet connectivity, a mobile phone app can then be used as a redundant telephone connection to your business from anywhere.

I find the call history listing in the handset very handy, especially in the event that a quick call back is required to update a customer.

I would definitely recommend the 3CX VoIP PBX as a very cost effective and intuitive Telephony system (especially when cost compared to other systems on the market).

The Deaf Society, like many other organisations, found ourselves in a position where we had to quickly adapt to the changing environment with COVID19 which saw our staff suddenly starting to work from home. The phone system that we had at the time in our office was heavily reliant on hardwired infrastructure.
